The Masters

Every Sunday, the LoopGolf team writes a newsletter for our community highlighting all the action around golf, betting and culture.

No amateur golfer has ever won a green jacket, but after two rounds, the 2022 US Amateur champion and Texas A&M senior, Sam Bennett is in a position to shock the world and make history. And he believes he can do it 👀.

After earning his spot into this weekends tournament by winning last year's U.S. Amateur tournament defeating some of the top players from around the world, Sam Bennett is currently in 3rd place and only 7 back of the leader heading into Sunday.

Amateurs aren't suppose to win majors but Bennett has proven he has the game and the swagger to compete with the best players in the world. Vegas is even starting to believe this kid can win it shifting his odds from +100,000 pre-tournament to now +9,000 👀
